Here's Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth.
2. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly, then remove from heat.
3. Stir in the vanilla extract and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold (at least 2 hours, or overnight).
4. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
5. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
